Masala Vada – Andhra Pradesh & Telangana

Sabudana Vada – Maharashtra

Batata Vada – Maharashtra

Batata Vada is Mumbai’s pride. This spicy potato ball dipped in gram flour batter is fried until golden and crunchy. Locals often stuff it into a pav (bun) with green chutney and garlic sauce, creating the legendary Vada Pav.
