Litti chokha is a traditional Indian dish originating from Bihar and eastern Uttar Pradesh. Deep-fried and stuffed wheat flour balls are served with a dip of spiced vegetable mash. Traditionally drizzled with ghee and served on streets, litti chokha can be easily elevated to bite-sized appetizers, which add a traditional yet innovative twist to your party feast.
