Mangalorean pundi, also known as undi, is a traditional steamed rice dumpling from coastal Karnataka. Made from lightly roasted idli rava, coconut, and a simple tempering, it’s healthy, filling, and ideal for breakfast or tea-time snacking. Usually served warm, with chutney, it can also be enjoyed with sambar or other gravies.
